My stay at the hotel was an absolute delight! The rooms at the bungalow garden suite, kept spotless by Dayamis, were so clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was very clean, with plenty of towels, hot water, and a great rain shower. However, the area underneath could use some attention.

The team, especially Lia, Marielys, and Marlon, the security manager, provided exceptional service and even helped us with mattresses. Although there were some issues with plate clearing, the service was top-notch. The location, just 30 minutes from the airport and a short bus ride to Varadero, was convenient, and the beach access was a highlight, despite some noise from the volleyball court. The dining experience, especially at Il Limoncello, was enjoyable, and the facilities met expectations.
